I got my Nokian snows and steel wheels at Hallmark Tire in Glastonbury, CT.  Wayne, the owner treated me very well.  He got the tires and wheels for me in under two hours installed on the car and even put my stock wheels/tires into plastic bags so as not to mess up the interior of my car. I got these the day of the first snowfall.
