Fetzer Tire:

I used them to repair a punctured tire on my fiancee's car. Their prices are pretty much what you see in most tire shops (higher than Tire Rack) but the people I spoke to were pleasant to do business with, appreciated my coming there (they are on the other side of town from me) and were quick and courteous. They even put the tire in my trunk without asking, rather than just dumping it on the ground. They didn't try to rip me off by selling me a new tire, etc. (of course, I showed up with my kevlar work gloves, so I guess I looked like I knew what I was doing).
