A recommendation that I have, second hand, is Bob Miller - based in Stamford.  He owns and races a S4 and an S6.  He recently left Grand Prix (Shell) and bought his own garage/gas station (Citco soon to be Sunoco).  Andrew ant Camra highly recommends him although he does not have the ability to do alignments which may be a problem with a suspension install...
